About the job

Marktlink Transaction Services B.V. is looking for a Manager to join its team in Deventer. You will lead financial due diligence investigations and advisory processes while driving new business pipelines. This role reports directly to the Managing Partner and involves advising on key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction.

What you will do

  • Carry out financial due diligence investigations and advisory processes with the team
  • Drive new business pipelines and generate business
  • Serve as first point of contact throughout the financial due diligence process
  • Contribute to projects reporting directly to the Managing Partner
  • Advise on key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction

What you bring

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
  • Prior demonstrable FDD experience as Senior Associate or Manager
  • 4-6 years experience in mid-market Transaction Advisory Services
  • Exceptional client management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong analytical and communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint
