Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to guide and support pickers and riders during shifts in Deventer. This role combines hands-on operational tasks with team leadership, ensuring productivity and safety on the floor.

What you will do

Guide and support pickers and riders during shifts
Ensure productivity and safety during shifts
Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
Act as right-hand to Hub Manager and step in when absent
Coach riders and pickers on the floor
Assist with inbound deliveries and order picking

What you bring

Enjoy working with people and be point of contact for team
Be hands-on and love working in operations
Remain calm in stressful situations and motivate team daily
Have some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
Be available for at least 24 hours per week
Be available to work evenings and weekends
