What you will do
- Leidinggeven aan de HR-afdeling
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van HR-strategieën en personeelsbeleid
- Adviseren van directie en managementteam op strategisch niveau
- Adviseren bij HR-thema's, strategisch en hands-on
- Vertalen van organisatiedoelen naar HR-beleid
- Opstellen van beleidsstukken, rapportages en procedures
What you bring
- Afgeronde HBO+ opleiding bij voorkeur in HR
- Relevante werkervaring
- Affiniteit met logistieke bedrijfsprocessen
- Enthousiaste en gedreven persoonlijkheid
- Kennis van arbeidsrecht, sociale wetgeving en HR-processen
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
