Veolia Environnement SA is seeking a Mobile Water Services Sales Manager to drive business growth in the BENELUX region. This role focuses on developing new opportunities in the industrial and municipal water sectors, building a robust sales pipeline, and fostering strategic client relationships.

What you will do

  • Lead new business development in the BENELUX industrial and municipal water sectors
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline for emergency, planned, and multi-year service contracts
  • Develop strategic customer relationships with key decision-makers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, commercial operations, and technical teams
  • Meet or exceed growth targets and ensure commercial deals align with profitability
  • Forecast accurately using Salesforce and support campaigns with market intelligence

What you bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant technical discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience selling solutions-based services to industrial or water sector customers
  • Proven track record in bid preparation and contract negotiation
  • Fluent English and Dutch language skills
  • Full driving license
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization with strong influencing skills

Nice to have

  • Advanced sales training or professional sales certifications
  • French language skills
  • Understanding of water technologies, pipework sizing, flange types, valve types
  • Expertise in water treatment for industrial or municipal sectors
  • Experience with digital monitoring solutions
