Xebia is looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join their team in Eindhoven. You will bridge the gap between business and analytics, uncovering needs and supporting them with data, reporting, and visualization. This hybrid role focuses on writing production-grade data pipelines and empowering end users to make data-driven decisions.

What you will do

Bridge between business and analytics
Uncover business needs and support them with data, reporting, and visualization
Write production-grade data pipelines using software engineering best practices
Model, test, and document data using modern tooling
Improve reliability and accessibility of data products
Empower end users to make data-driven decisions

What you bring

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
Ability to lead a team and coordinate with clients on long-term strategy
Excellent communication skills
Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Dbt, and cloud platforms
Expertise in one or more areas of analytics engineering
Speaks Dutch

Nice to have

Outstanding pet projects like open source contributions or starting a company
