Opple Lighting BV is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team in Eindhoven. In this role you will be the main contact for customers and salespeople, handling order processes and ensuring timely deliveries. The company is passionate, fast growing, and team oriented.
What you will do
- Be the main contact for customers and salespeople
- Process and manage orders in SAP from entry to invoicing
- Keep master data, customer, pricing, and product accurate
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and transport partners to track and deliver orders on time
- Keep customers and sales teams informed
- Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
What you bring
- At least 2 years in customer service, order management, or similar
- Comfortable working with ERP systems (SAP is a big plus)
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Organized, detail-focused, and good at juggling priorities
- Problem-solver mindset, analytical with a bias for action
- Fluent in English and Dutch

- Additional languages beyond English and German
