Keenfinity is looking for a Global Facility Manager to ensure the operational readiness of buildings and technical systems outside China. In this role, you will manage facility projects, budgets, and lease negotiations while overseeing daily operations.
What you will do
- Ensure availability, functionality, safety, and operational readiness of buildings and technical systems outside China
- Identify and evaluate potential new lease locations and support lease negotiations
- Coordinate relocations, workplace restructuring, and space optimization
- Initiate, plan, monitor, and implement facility-related projects
- Develop and manage facility budgets, including forecasting and cost control
- Oversee daily facility operations and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards
What you bring
- Degree in Facility Management, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate, or comparable field
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in facility or property management, ideally international
- Strong knowledge of commercial tenancy, facility management, project and budget management
- Experience with SAP CAFM and CAD
- Strong stakeholder, communication, coordination, and supplier management skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English

- Additional languages are a plus
