As Global Facility Manager, you will ensure the operational readiness of buildings and infrastructure across sites outside China for Keenfinity. You will coordinate relocations, optimize spaces, and manage facility projects that support strategic goals. This role offers the chance to work in an international environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
What you will do
- Ensure availability, functionality, safety, and operational readiness of buildings and infrastructure across sites outside China
- Identify and evaluate potential new lease locations and support property management during lease negotiations
- Coordinate relocations, workplace restructuring, space optimization, and development of office, logistics, and assembly areas
- Initiate, plan, monitor, and implement facility-related projects supporting strategic objectives
- Develop, manage, and optimize facility budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and savings identification
- Oversee daily facility operations, ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements, manage contracts, and drive continuous improvement
What you bring
- Degree in Facility Management, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate, or comparable field
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in facility and/or property management, ideally international
- Strong knowledge of commercial tenancy, facility management, project and budget management
- Experience with SAP CAFM and CAD
- Strong stakeholder, communication, coordination, and supplier management skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
