About the job

Invisix is looking for a Program Manager Hardware to lead complex hardware programs in the high-tech industry. Based in Eindhoven, you take full ownership of planning, budget, risk management, and reporting.

What you will do

Lead hardware program end to end: planning, budget, risk management, reporting
Manage and develop a team of project leads
Select and contract suppliers, set agreements on scope, cost, quality, delivery
Integrate modules from different suppliers into one system, lead integration and test
Set up supplier quality and industrialization processes

What you bring

Technical degree in mechatronics, mechanical or electrical engineering, physics or related field
At least 10 years of experience in high-tech project or program management
Experience in semiconductor equipment industry
Experience bringing complex systems from development to delivery
Extensive experience working with suppliers
Experience leading and developing people
