Keenfinity is looking for a Sales Operations & Finance Manager to lead and develop their EMEA team. You will drive process harmonization and serve as a business partner for sales teams across the region.

What you will do

Lead and develop the Sales Operations team across EMEA
Drive harmonization and standardization of processes and systems
Serve as business partner for EMEA sales teams
Manage order-to-cash processes and accounts receivable
Oversee partner program administration and claims
Ensure financial governance, cost controlling, and compliance

What you bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Several years of experience in Sales Operations or Finance Operations
Experience leading teams in an international environment
Strong understanding of accounts receivable, credit management, and financial controls
Experience with VAT, tax compliance, and multi-country processes
Fluent in English

Nice to have

Experience leading organizational change or shared-services transitions
Additional European languages
