About the job

Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join their team in Eindhoven. In this role, you'll lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders while taking ownership of productivity and safety during your shift. You'll also step up in the Hub Manager's absence and coach team members.

What you will do

Lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders
Take ownership of productivity and safety during shift
Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
Step up in Hub Manager's absence
Coach riders and pickers on the floor
Assist with inbound deliveries and order picking

What you bring

Enjoy working with people
Hands-on and love operations
Remain calm in stressful situations
Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
Available for at least 24 hours per week
Available to work evenings and weekends
