About the job

NTS is looking for a Supplier Development Manager to strengthen its supply chain operations at its Eindhoven HQ. In this role, you will drive global supplier performance and development programs, ensuring quality, cost, and risk targets are met.

What you will do

Develop global supply chain performance on QLTCS aspects
Assess and improve key supplier performance and processes
Drive supplier development programs for quality, capacity, cost, and risk
Develop and implement global way of working across sites
Build relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers
Lead audits and track supplier performance with KPIs

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum 10 years strategic supply chain experience in high-tech environment
Proven experience leading QLTCS audits
Strong background in supplier development, process optimization, and risk management
Hands-on experience with QLTCS KPIs and dashboarding
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills

Nice to have

Experience with production processes such as machining, assembly, and qualification
