Syngenta Group is seeking a Data Partnerships Lead to drive the development of partnership strategies that align with business goals. In this hybrid role based in Enkhuizen, you will secure and manage grower relationships while ensuring data quality and compliance.

What you will do

Develop partnership strategy aligned with business goals
Secure and manage grower relationships with regional teams
Leverage product knowledge to improve data insights from partnerships
Ensure data quality and compliance in partnerships
Partner with Applied Data Science team to develop new data solutions
Lead change management for global adoption of new tools

What you bring

PhD in Digital or Computational Agronomy or related field
Solid background in seed industry
Commercial breeding and product characterization experience
Practical knowledge of data analytics and digital technologies for trialing
Ability to lead through influence and communicate complex ideas
Curious, analytical, outcome-focused mindset

Nice to have

Experience in partnership or project management
Experience in change management
Experience in biostatistics, coding, cloud data platforms, data visualization, or AI
