About the job
Quaestus Leadership Innovators is looking for a director to lead the B.S.N. business line in Enschede. In this hybrid role you will own the P&L and drive growth, with a focus on scaling the humanoid robotics segment.
What you will do
- Own BSN's P&L and drive growth
- Scale humanoid robotics segment
- Build trust and close working relationships with Engineering leadership
- Own product-commercial integration for BSN
- Coach and develop a young, energetic team
- Make clear, decisive product and go-to-market choices
What you bring
- Proven senior leadership experience in high-tech industrial B2B environment
- Full P&L responsibility
- Hands-on leader who earns trust through involvement
- Strong product/engineering fluency or direct product management experience
- Track record of scaling a business unit and professionalizing commercial processes
- Experience transitioning from hardware-centric to software/recurring-revenue business models
Nice to have
- Private equity-backed company experience
- Dutch language skills
