Hotelreserveringen maken in het reserveringssysteem
Gasten in- en uitchecken en informatie geven
Gasten informeren over faciliteiten en recreatieve mogelijkheden
Vragen beantwoorden via telefoon en mail

Flexibiliteit in wisselende diensten, ook avonden, weekenden en feestdagen
Representatieve en professionele uitstraling
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
Ervaring als front office medewerker, receptioniste of toeristische opleiding
