About the job
QPS is seeking a Scientist or Senior Scientist to join their ICP-MS bioanalysis team in Groningen. This role focuses on developing and validating (LC)-ICP/MS methods while managing multiple bioanalytical projects. You will act as the primary client contact and supervise study execution in a GLP/GCP environment.

What you bring
- PhD in bioanalysis, chemistry, or related field
- 3+ years experience with ICP/MS
- Hands-on ICP/MS assay development and validation
- Proactive with analytical skills
- Project management experience
- Business-level English proficiency
