About the job
Brunswick is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations at the Heerenveen location. In this role, you will lead a team and ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused warehouse activities.
What you will do
- Lead the assigned team and ensure safe, efficient, customer-focused daily warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures and report incidents
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse employees, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Manage attendance, absence, and workforce schedules in Kronos
- Plan and coordinate warehouse activities across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound
- Monitor KPIs, report on performance, and resolve system or IT issues
What you bring
- Relevant warehouse or distribution experience
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing employees
- Experience with workforce planning, reporting, and operational systems
- Experience coordinating improvement activities or projects
- Hands-on leadership combined with administrative discipline
- Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
