About the job

Xebia is looking for a Managed Services Solution Lead to drive the vision and strategy of its Data Platform propositions. In this role, you will shape the roadmap and lifecycle of these offerings, ensuring they align with customer demand and the latest Microsoft technologies.

What you will do

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Data Platform propositions
Develop and maintain proposition roadmaps aligned with customer demand and strategy
Govern releases and introduction of new capabilities
Align engineering efforts with proposition priorities
Support customer reviews and strategic discussions
Stay current with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services developments

What you bring

5+ years in data platforms, cloud engineering, managed services, consulting, product ownership, or solution leadership
Strong understanding of Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Platform ecosystem
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Data Factory, Lakehouse, Power BI, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL, Databricks, Event Hub, and Purview
Strong understanding of data platform architecture, governance, security, analytics, and operational excellence
Experience defining service roadmaps, proposition improvements, platform strategies, or product ownership
Experience with engineering teams and agile delivery methodologies

Nice to have

Experience with managed services or service-oriented operating models
Relevant Microsoft certifications such as DP-600, DP-203, AZ-305, or PL-300
