About the job

Delta Electronics is looking for a Senior Accountant to specialize in EMEA VAT. In this role, you will manage VAT compliance and reporting across multiple countries, while driving process improvements and collaborating with local teams.

What you will do

  • Prepare and submit VAT returns across EMEA countries
  • Reconcile VAT general ledger accounts
  • Advise on cross-border transactions
  • Handle VAT audits and tax authority queries
  • Drive process standardization and automation
  • Collaborate with local finance teams and other departments

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field
  • 5–8+ years of VAT or indirect tax experience in multinational environments
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA VAT regimes and EU VAT Directive
  • Experience with statutory reporting and audits
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS or local GAAP)

Nice to have

  • Experience with VAT compliance tools or automation solutions
