- Develop and manage service offerings lifecycle
- Conduct market and customer analysis for service opportunities
- Create service documentation and SLAs
- Prepare and deliver service quotations
- Develop pricing structures and rate cards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
What you bring
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5-10 years experience in technical services or products
- Experience in pricing, quoting, or commercial management
- Strong analytical skills for cost, margin, and risk
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills
Nice to have
- ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2 certifications
