What you will do
- Lead start-up and maintenance activities for assigned studies and sites
- Develop country and site activation plans and support risk assessment
- Collect, review, and maintain essential documents per standards
- Prepare and submit ethics committee and local document packages
- Coordinate country submissions, approvals, and clinical supplies
- Track study and site performance metrics and provide updates
What you bring
- Fluency in Dutch language
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; health-related degree preferred
- At least 1-2 years of clinical research experience
- Experience with remote or virtual teams
- Working knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice and local regulations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and strong communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in clinical trial or study start-up management, particularly in the region
