EVERIENCE is seeking an AIT Manager to lead Assembly, Integration & Test activities in the space and high-tech industry. Based in Leiden, this role involves coordinating complex engineering projects and managing test campaigns for advanced satellite programmes.

What you will do

Coordinate Assembly, Integration & Test activities across multiple engineering projects
Develop and manage AIT strategies, planning, and execution approaches
Coordinate internal test facilities, resources, and test campaigns
Ensure test activities are executed according to quality, safety, and project requirements
Manage technical and operational stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and project milestones

What you bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
5–10 years of relevant professional experience
Experience coordinating engineering, manufacturing, testing, or AIT activities in a high-tech environment
Strong planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar tools
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Nice to have

Experience within the aerospace or space industry
