EVERIENCE is looking for an AIT Technician to join their team in Leiden. In this role, you will focus on precision assembly of aluminum and composite structures, working with technical drawings and specialized tools to ensure high-quality results.
What you will do
- Perform precision assembly of aluminum and composite structures
- Execute drilling, reaming, countersinking and riveting
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Use specialized tools and fixtures
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks
- Ensure documentation and traceability of completed work
What you bring
- Technical education at MBO level or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on experience in precision assembly or manufacturing
- Experience with drilling, reaming, countersinking and riveting
- Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good command of English, spoken and written
Nice to have
- Experience in aerospace, aviation, defense or high-tech manufacturing
