EVERIENCE is looking for a Senior AIT Technician / Shift Leader to join their team in Leiden. In this role, you will perform assembly, integration and testing on complex structures while coordinating daily production activities and guiding technicians on the shop floor.
What you will do
- Perform assembly, integration and testing on complex structures
- Coordinate daily production activities and monitor progress
- Support and guide technicians on the shop floor
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and production standards
- Assist with planning and task allocation within the team
- Troubleshoot technical and production-related issues
What you bring
- Technical education or equivalent practical experience
- Extensive experience in aerospace, aviation, defence or high-tech manufacturing
- Previous experience coordinating technicians or production teams
- Strong understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and production documentation
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
