Shift Lead (m/f/d)

About the job

Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join the team in Lelystad. In this role, you will lead and support pickers and riders during shifts while ensuring productivity and safety on the floor. You will also perform operational tasks and act as the right-hand to the Hub Manager.

What you will do

• Lead and support pickers and riders during shifts
• Ensure productivity and safety on the floor
• Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
• Act as right-hand to Hub Manager and step in when absent
• Coach team members and assist with onboarding
• Maintain hygiene, equipment, and inventory standards

What you bring

• Hands-on and enjoys operational work
• Remains calm under pressure and motivates team
• Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Available to work evenings and weekends
