Lely is looking for a Manager for its Lely Store in Maassluis. In this role, you take ownership of the overall business performance of the online store. You drive commercial growth and optimize the customer journey.

What you will do

Own overall business performance of the Lely Store
Define and monitor channel objectives and KPIs
Develop and execute initiatives to increase channel value and adoption
Drive commercial performance and revenue growth
Optimize online customer journey and usability
Support clusters and Lely Centers in channel adoption

What you bring

5+ years experience in e-commerce or digital commerce
Proven experience driving commercial performance and growth
Strong understanding of customer journeys and conversion optimization
Experience with digital commerce platforms and online channels
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Experience influencing stakeholders across functions and markets
