About the job

Lely is looking for a Teamlead Project Manager for Product Development in Maassluis. In this role you will coach a team of project managers and lead complex development projects. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

What you will do

Coaching and developing a team of project managers
Leading complex development projects in multidisciplinary teams
Determining and monitoring project direction in line with strategy and NPI processes
Setting up and monitoring project plans, budgets, risks and progress
Ensuring clear communication and alignment with internal stakeholders
Contributing to continuous improvement of project management practices

What you bring

Completed master's degree in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering or Mechatronics
At least 7 years of experience as a project manager and/or team lead in a technical development environment
Demonstrable experience leading complex product development trajectories (NPI) in a multidisciplinary setting
Strong technical foundation and ability to contribute at system level
Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
Coaching and results-oriented work style with balance between people and performance

Nice to have

Experience with mechatronics and/or embedded software development
