Lely is seeking a Technical Solutions Specialist to join their team in Maassluis. In this role, you will provide remote support for complex technical escalations and collaborate with product development on structural fixes. You will also participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and train colleagues in analyzing technical issues.

What you bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Broad interest in technology including software, hardware, and process optimization
Some project-based experience from internships or work
Collaborative mindset for international teamwork
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in English
