About the job

At Lely, you'll ensure the health and performance of the Lely Hub platform and technician tooling. As a Technical Support specialist, you resolve complex incidents and collaborate with development teams to drive improvements. This role is based in Maassluis with a hybrid work policy.

What you will do

Monitor health, performance, and availability of Lely Hub platform and technician tooling
Resolve complex operational incidents and support second and third-line investigations
Coordinate releases, rollouts, and operational readiness activities
Improve monitoring, observability, security, and access management
Collaborate with Product Development teams and stakeholders to translate field feedback into improvements
Maintain documentation, procedures, and knowledge materials; support and train technicians

What you bring

Bachelor's level working and thinking capability with technical or IT background
At least 3 years of experience in IT operations, application support, or similar
Experience with monitoring solutions and second and third-line operational support
Ability to understand system's internal state through external outputs for proactive troubleshooting
Experience documenting procedures and sharing knowledge
Residence in the Netherlands with valid work permit; no sponsorship available
