About the job
Sia is looking for a Business Architect to join their team in Maastricht. In this role, you will design and document business process architectures, bridging the gap between business, IT, data, and product teams. You will translate strategic goals into actionable frameworks and ensure alignment across the project portfolio.
What you will do
- Drafting Business Process Architecture (As-Is and To-Be)
- Documenting architecture in a Process Repository
- Acting as a bridge between Business, IT, Data, and Product
- Translating strategic objectives into tactical frameworks and solution directions
- Aligning project portfolio with business goals and assisting with prioritization
- Establishing and managing governance with other Architects
What you bring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of BPMN, Process Architecture, and Process Design tooling
- Experience working in complex, dynamic environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Both business and technical background
- Fluent in Dutch and English
