As a Process Analyst at Sia, you will be part of a team that helps clients improve their business operations. You will be involved in all project phases, from analysis to implementation, using methodologies like GRIPP. This role offers a hybrid work environment based in Maastricht.

What you will do

Understand, analyze, and design business processes aligned with client needs and strategic pillars
Evaluate current processes, identify gaps and opportunities in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
Involve in all project phases from requirements gathering and validation to process modeling and implementation
Work according to GRIPP methodology for process analysis
Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks
Design streamlined workflows and create visual process representations using tools like Adonis and flowcharts

What you bring

Completed Master's Degree
0 to 2 years of experience
Fluent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills
Strong communication and listening skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Accurate and able to complete work on time

Nice to have

German language skills
