Execute transformation projects at clients
Perform data structuring, analysis, and benchmarks
Conduct interviews and animate workshops
Map processes and write functional specifications
Coach new hires and junior team members
Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange

What you bring

Master's degree
3-6 years relevant working experience
Analytical and synthesizing skills
Fast learner, communicative, flexible, entrepreneurial
Strong interest in data and AI topics
Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills

Nice to have

German fluency
