Sia is looking for a (Senior) Manager Energy & Industry to guide companies through the energy transition. You will work on projects alongside Sia consultants and client representatives, delivering beyond expectations. This role is based in Maastricht with a hybrid work model.

What you will do

Guide companies during energy transition
Work on projects with Sia consultants and client representatives
Deliver projects beyond expectations
Coach and mentor consultants
Shape and grow business through business development and sales support

What you bring

Completed Master's Degree
At least 8 years of consulting experience in utilities industry
Business network at relevant energy companies
Good view of energy market developments and impact on value chain
Strong interest in data and AI-related topics
Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills

Nice to have

Fluent German
