Sia is looking for an experienced professional to lead complex transformation projects in Maastricht. In this role, you will manage change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and client-side networks while mentoring junior consultants.

What you will do

Lead and manage complex transformation projects from scoping to execution
Develop change strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks
Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement and readiness evaluations
Build and coach client-side change agent networks
Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables
Mentor and develop junior consultants

What you bring

5–10 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in management consulting or in-house transformation
Track record delivering change management in complex environments
Experience in financial services
Master's degree in Business Administration, Econometrics, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Fluency in English
Eligible to work in the Netherlands

Nice to have

Certification in change management (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR, APMG)
Dutch language skills
