Polytek BV is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join their team in Mechelen. In this role, you will manage project documentation, lead 3D reviews, and provide on-site construction support.
What you will do
- Draft and finalize BIM Execution Plans with clients
- Build coordination models from internal and external data
- Conduct clash detections to resolve conflicts early
- Monitor and close punch list items
- Manage project documentation per BIM Execution Plan
- Lead 3D reviews and provide on-site construction support
What you bring
- Master’s degree in Electromechanics or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
- Professional fluency in English and Dutch
- Solid experience with Autodesk software, Construction Cloud, and MS Office
- Strong understanding of internal processes and organizational structure
- High-precision work and attention to detail
- Persuasive communication with reasoned arguments
