As Afdelingsmanager / Productiemanager Assemblage at Danaher, you will lead the assembly department in Medemblik, focusing on achieving production targets and driving continuous improvement. You will build and develop a team of shift leaders, cell leaders, and operators, while collaborating with various departments to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
What you will do
- Responsible for achieving production goals
- Optimizing processes and initiating improvement projects (Lean)
- Building, coaching, and developing a team of shift leaders, cell leaders, and operators
- Translating departmental strategy into concrete goals and an annual plan
- Collaborating with departments such as QA, Engineering, HR, and Finance
- Creating a safe work environment and leading improvement initiatives via Kaizens and workshops
What you bring
- At least HBO work and thinking level
- At least 3 years of experience in production and lean manufacturing
- Experience with people management
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English
Nice to have
- Experience with Lean such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, problem solving, Daily Management
