This is a European Graduate Program in Operations and Manufacturing at Avery Dennison, based in Oegstgeest. The program offers two 12-month international rotations at different production sites across Europe, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and preparing for leadership roles.

What you will do

Support local and European continuous improvement and optimization projects in Process Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and EHS
Participate in project work including new equipment installation and machine modifications
Execute manufacturing key projects and prepare for potential Teamleader roles in the second rotation
Drive sustainable continuous improvement within the sites
Support Digital Transformation and Enterprise Lean Six Sigma initiatives

What you bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant Engineering field
Initial practical exposure (internships, co-ops, or academic projects), ideally in international manufacturing
Good proficiency in English
Flexibility to relocate across Europe during the program
Unrestricted right to work in the EU

Nice to have

Foundational knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Lean Six Sigma tools
Autonomous, proactive approach with passion for experimentation and problem-solving
Outstanding interpersonal and strong organizational skills
