About the job

Boskalis is looking for an Electrical Superintendent to ensure the reliability of electrical installations on vessels and equipment. In this role, you will advise fleet management, support crews, and contribute to the development of electrical systems.

What you will do

Ensure availability and reliability of electrical installations on vessels and equipment
Advise fleet management regarding electrical systems
Support crew with electrical issues on board
Prepare dockings and repairs on electrical equipment with fleet management
Coach and train ship's electricians on the job
Contribute to development, implementation, maintenance, and replacement of electrical systems

What you bring

Technical and operational knowledge of assigned equipment
Higher Professional Education (Bachelor) in Electronics/Instrumentation or equivalent
Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety rules and classification and flag state certificates
Basic ICT Office and fleet management system skills
5-8 years relevant experience in a maritime environment
Good command of English (written and spoken)
