About the job

Boskalis is looking for a Geo Engineer to join their team in Papendrecht. In this role, you will perform soil condition and cable burial assessments, support route engineering and cable installation studies, and analyze geotechnical and geophysical data. You will also identify geohazards, prepare technical reports, and help improve geotechnical methodologies.

Performing soil condition and cable burial assessments
Supporting route engineering and cable installation studies
Analyzing and interpreting geotechnical and geophysical data
Identifying geohazards and developing mitigation measures
Preparing technical reports and recommendations
Improving geotechnical methodologies and tools

What you bring

Bachelor's or master's in civil engineering, geo(technical) engineering, geophysics, or geosciences
Minimum 5 years of relevant geotechnical or geo-engineering experience
Willingness to work offshore several times per year
Experience with GIS applications and spatial data analysis
Experience with Python programming and data processing
Excellent communication and reporting skills in English
