About the job

Boskalis, a global leader in maritime and infrastructure services, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team in Papendrecht. In this role, you will provide legal support during tender phases, draft and review commercial contracts, and advise project teams on legal matters. You will also support compliance, manage legal proceedings, and monitor legislative developments.

What you will do

Provide legal support during prequalification and tender phases
Draft and review commercial contracts
Advise project teams on legal and contractual matters
Support legal compliance and risk mitigation
Manage and coordinate legal proceedings
Monitor developments in legislation and emerging technologies

What you bring

Master's degree in law from a university in the EU
Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience
Knowledge of international construction and maritime contracts preferred
Excellent command of English
Willingness to travel and visit project sites

Nice to have

Knowledge of FIDIC, LOGIC, NEC, IMCA, BIMCO contracts
