Boskalis is looking for a SHEQ Engineer to join their team in Papendrecht. In this hybrid role, you will provide SHEQ support to the operations team and assist chartering teams with risk reviews. You will also prepare documentation, carry out inspections, and analyze performance.

What you will do

Provide SHEQ support to operations team
Assist chartering teams with SHE risk reviews
Prepare SHEQ documentation and deliverables
Carry out SHEQ inspections, verifications, and audits
Investigate incidents and monitor corrective actions
Perform monthly SHEQ performance analysis and reporting

What you bring

Bachelor or Master degree
SHEQ education at bachelor level
At least 10 years of SHE or Q experience
Knowledge of ISM Code within SHEQ framework
