About the job

Netcompany is looking for an IT Front Office Coordinator to join their team in Petten. You will manage 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting, coordinate a team, and handle network and device management.

What you will do

Manage 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting and problem solving
Manage tickets under contractual SLA
Manage the escalation process
Coordinate a team
Organize logistics and stock
Perform network patch and device management

What you bring

Minimum 4 years experience in similar IT support role
IT/Informatics educational background or degree
Hands-on experience in remote troubleshooting, configuration, and repair for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux
Experience with installation, testing, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and physical cabling
Experience with end-to-end inventory management, onboarding/offboarding equipment deployment, stock orders, Blancco machine declassification, and shipping
Experience with logging, managing, and resolving 2nd/3rd level incidents via ServiceNow within strict SLA guidelines
