About the job
Hunt St is looking for an Automation & Systems Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will review business processes and implement automated workflows using AI tools. You'll work remotely to design system integrations and train team members on new solutions.
What you will do
- Review business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Design and implement automated workflows and system integrations
- Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT for automation
- Develop scripts or lightweight solutions for custom automation
- Build and maintain documentation for new workflows
- Train team members on new systems and workflows
What you bring
- 5+ years in software development, systems engineering, automation, or related technical field
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Azure
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VBA
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience with document management systems
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
Nice to have
- Experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools
- Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or another programming language
- SQL/database experience
- Experience in accounting, financial, or professional services businesses
- Experience automating document-heavy or data-heavy workflows
- Experience integrating multiple SaaS platforms
