About the job
Boggi Milano is looking for a Store Manager to lead the team in Roosendaal. You will drive sales, develop your team, and build strong client relationships in a premium menswear environment.
What you will do
- Lead team on sales floor to achieve sales targets
- Develop team through feedback, coaching, and motivation
- Build client relationships with consultative sales approach
- Teach team to analyze KPIs and improve store performance
- Deliver excellent customer experience with product knowledge
- Manage daily priorities and handle unexpected situations
What you bring
- At least five years of sales experience in premium fashion or menswear
- At least two years of leading a retail team
- Able to lead, motivate, and develop people by example
- Good command of English
