About the job

Life Outdoor Living International B.V. is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to manage daily operations at their Roosendaal location. You will lead a team of working foremen and employees, ensuring efficient and safe warehouse processes.

What you will do

Manage and coach working foremen and employees
Plan and coordinate daily activities and monitor progress
Ensure efficient deployment of employees, equipment and resources
Monitor accurate and efficient flow of goods with quality and productivity standards
Ensure compliance with procedures, working hours, break times and safety regulations
Maintain clean, organised and safe warehouse environment

What you bring

MBO+ level working and thinking skills, preferably in logistics or related field
Experience in logistics and managing employees or ambition to develop
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good command of English
Resilient under pressure, decisive and adaptable
Flexible with working hours including rotating shifts and occasional Saturdays

Nice to have

Knowledge of Dutch
