Dapper in Rotterdam is looking for a Content Marketer to help clients drive online growth from strategy to execution. You will write copy for complex products or services and distribute it across organic and paid platforms.

What you will do

Help clients drive online growth from strategy to execution
Write long and short form copy for complex products or services
Distribute content across organic and paid platforms
Manage internal and external stakeholders
Turn briefs into actionable plans
Use AI to create better content

What you bring

Relevant experience in B2B, fast scaling, or agency environment
Growth mindset with feedback and improvement
Ask why behind briefs and push for better outcomes
Take ownership of projects and collaborate with team and clients
Communicate clearly and proactively in Dutch and English
Flexible and focused when things change

Nice to have

Basic notion of design principles or use of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
Experience creating outlines for video concepts
Experience working at a marketing agency or freelancing
