Customs Support Group is looking for a junior corporate lawyer to join their legal team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will provide legal advice to internal stakeholders and support compliance with laws and regulations.

What you will do

Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
Support compliance with laws and regulations
Identify and mitigate legal risks
Assist with corporate governance and entity management
Cooperate with external legal advisors

What you bring

Law degree
4–6 years of experience in corporate or commercial law
Experience in law firm or in-house legal department
Knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate law, and governance
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
Fluent English

Nice to have

Admission to practice law
Experience with board matters and corporate housekeeping
