Dapper in Rotterdam is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help clients drive online growth from strategy to execution. You will manage stakeholders, turn briefs into actionable plans, and lead projects, client discussions, and workshop presentations.

What you bring

Relevant experience in B2B, fast scaling, or agency environment
Growth mindset with feedback and testing
Confident managing stakeholders and creating plans
Takes ownership and collaborates with team and clients
Good understanding of B2B marketing and revenue operations
Communicates clearly in Dutch and English

Nice to have

Hands-on experience in performance marketing or content marketing
Experience at a marketing agency
Experience in B2B marketing
