What you will do
- Deliver high-level customer service with styling advice and product knowledge
- Analyze sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to improve department performance
- Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Identify and nurture future talent with development plans
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure brand standards
What you bring
- Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion
- Customer-focused and leads by example
- Genuine interest in products
- Eager to learn and open to feedback
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English

- Proven team leadership in fast-paced environments
- Analytical thinking and understanding of retail KPIs
