Marktlink Fusies & Overnames B.V. is seeking an M&A Associate to join their team in Rotterdam. In this role, you will support the full deal cycle from analysis to closing. The firm specializes in mid-market M&A and offers a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
What you will do
- Perform business and market analyses
- Prepare valuations and bid books
- Identify potential buyers and sellers
- Approach new buyers and sellers
- Build and maintain the network
- Draft financing applications and resolve financing issues
What you bring
- Completed university degree in finance or college degree with finance-oriented master's
- Social and entrepreneurial with practical, strategic, tactical, and commercial insight
- Strong analytical skills, punctual, and goal-oriented
- Demonstrable affinity with SME sector
- Excellent communication skills and eye for personal relationships
- Good command of Dutch and English
